At CPL, we are committed to providing a reliable, transparent, and seamless shipping experience for every customer. Whether you are ordering a single pallet or multiple truckloads, our logistics process is designed to ensure safe handling, accurate tracking, and timely delivery.
This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, handled, packaged, documented, transported, and delivered to you.

Our Story

Order Processing & Handling Time

Once your order is confirmed and payment is successfully processed, our team begins preparing your pallet(s) for shipment.

Processing Time: Typically 1–3 business days, depending on pallet type, warehouse load, and seller availability.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order enters the shipping queue.

What we do during the handling phase:

  • Verify pallet condition and seller documentation
  • Securely wrap and package each pallet
  • Prepare all required export/shipping documents
  • Coordinate with freight carriers for pickup

🧾 Shipping Documentation Provided

To ensure no problem with transportation and customs clearance (for both domestic and international buyers), every order is shipped with full official documentation, including:

  • Certificate of Origin
  • Health or Phytosanitary Certificate (when applicable)
  • Bill of Lading (BOL)
  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Seller Verification Documents (when applicable)


🚚 Shipping Methods

We use reputable, licensed freight carriers to deliver pallets safely and efficiently.

1. LTL Freight (Less-Than-Truckload)

For smaller orders or single pallets.

  • Delivery is made using commercial freight trucks.
  • Liftgate service may be requested depending on location.
  • Ideal for small businesses or buyers without a warehouse.

2. FTL Freight (Full Truckload)

For larger quantities or full shipments.

  • Faster transit times
  • Reduced handling
  • Most cost-effective for bulk orders

3. Local Carrier Delivery (Where Available)

For buyers close to our distribution centers.

  • Faster dispatch
  • Lower freight costs
  • Flexible delivery times

4. International Freight Shipping

We ship pallets internationally via:

  • Sea freight (FCL or LCL)
  • Air freight (high-value or urgent goods)

All export shipments include paperwork prepared specifically for smooth customs entry.

📍 Shipping Costs

Shipping rates depend on several factors including:

  • Destination address
  • Type and weight of pallet
  • Freight class
  • Delivery method (LTL, FTL, port delivery, door delivery)


Additional services (liftgate, residential delivery, appointment delivery)
You will receive a final shipping quote before checkout or directly after submitting your order request.

🚛 Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines vary based on your location and chosen shipping method:

Domestic U.S. LTL Shipping: 2–7 business days after pickup
Domestic FTL Shipping: 1–4 business days
International Sea Freight: 15–35 days (depending on destination port)
International Air Freight: 4–10 business days
Local Delivery: 1–2 days after processing

These are estimates only; actual transit times may vary due to carrier schedules, weather conditions, customs clearance, or warehouse workload.

🏡 Delivery Requirements

To ensure successful delivery:

  • A responsible adult must be present to receive and sign for the pallet
  • The delivery location must be accessible to freight trucks
  • For residential deliveries, liftgate service may be required
  • Commercial addresses must provide accurate operating hours

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information or inability to access the location, additional rescheduling fees may apply.

📦 Packaging & Handling

We take great care in packaging every pallet to ensure safe transit:

  • Stretch-wrap protection
  • Reinforced corner guards
  • Secured strapping
  • Pallet base inspection before loading

High-value shipments may receive additional protective measures at no extra cost.

🔍 Shipment Tracking

  • After your order ships, you will receive:
  • A tracking number
  • A link to track the freight carrier
  • All attached shipping documents

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after pickup.

🚫 Shipment Delays & Exceptions

Although rare, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather disruptions
  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier overload
  • Address inaccuracies

In all cases, we remain in contact with the carrier and update you promptly with the latest information.
